My Marketing person, Steph, and I deeply enjoyed this partnership. For me, it was about community support, as I live so close to the store. For Steph, it was more about the clothing, and the affirmation of being affiliated with such an incredible store. We were also both impressed by the marketing materials from Foundation, which were professional looking and beautiful. Foundation was easy to work with, coordinating the cross-promotional efforts really well with us.

Foundation has a wonderful community presence and reputation; our partnership will allow both of us to leverage our individual relationships for common goals.
SVP Portland
The stories that resonate most are stories about the people we serve. The stories about the child whose face lights up when they see CHAP Teaching Artists at the hospital...the stories about the patient who is in isolation and gets a visit by a CHAP volunteer so they can make art together...the stories about the families who receive continued support at our studio Art Club. These are the stories that CHAP loves to tell and the community loves to hear. Because of the generous funding from the Foundation Impact Partnership, CHAP is able to continue to share these stories and to create new ones as well.
CHAP
The Foundation Impact Partnership has helped decrease stress and increase morale for our staff and dedicated volunteers. Knowing that programs will continue, that funding is stable, and supplies are available allows us all to focus on our mission, and on the children and families when they need us most.
CHAP
CHAP currently brings 40-50 hrs of healing art experiences to children each week in 12 locations. Costs are primarily covered by the hospitals. The remainder is covered by generous donations plus the funds from Foundation so that the children are able to rely on CHAP to be there when they need us most. It costs nearly $13,000 per year, per location to provide CHAP services in the hospital setting, so Foundation's support is an important part of the funding mix. Additionally, CHAP provides Art Club at our studio for children and families no longer in the hospital. A portion of Foundation's funding will be used to make Art Club possible for these children.
CHAP
As a result of the Foundation's Impact Partnership, we've been able to fine tune our development strategy, increasing quarterly and yearly goals to reflect our increased capacity to fundraise as well as accurately track funds through our administrative team.
Latino Network
As an all-volunteer organization, it is incredibly inspiring to have other organizations/businesses see the value in what we are doing. Consano is a labor of love for everyone involved -- having either been personally touched by a health issue as a patient or helping a loved one through the process -- to see agency come from an uncontrollable experience is huge! Foundation helped us spread that agency tool to a larger audience!
Consano
Content is king these days, and via the Foundation Impact Partnership we were not only in front of every new person that walked through the door, but also garnered local press and talking points for our social media. Our entire platform was created to share stories and fund research, and being highlighted during the coverage of the unique Foundation business model was incredibly helpful in pointing to the importance of our own mission. Again, our biggest challenge is exposure and awareness, so the Foundation Impact partner experience was an incredible gift that provided both! We are so grateful!
Consano
The exposure at the cash wrap, via the launch party and also the local news interest helped build credibility for the organization as well as exposure. Given spreading the word about our organization is the most challenging issue we face, this has a big benefit for us.
